Our passion is helping women who, just like ourselves, are juggling busy lives, multiple demands and feeling tired, and that their health is always coming lastdietitians, we have worked in a number of settings helping women of all ages and backgrounds improve their health and lose weight.


Along the journey we noticed that women who reported more weight loss and better outcomes were those who had support. They were clear about what they wanted to achieve and had had regular contact with their health professional, supporting them on their journey.

So we we decided to create a program that encompassed all our combined knowledge and experience, where people feel heard, supported, and have someone in their corner as they make progress towards their health goals.
