The Metabolic Method is an 8 week program that supports you to change habits and build new positive behaviours into your life. You can improve your metabolic fitness, balance your hormones and improve gut health with personalised nutrition and lifestyle coaching supported with Nutrition and Lifestyle education.

What does the program involve?

Throughout your 8 week program, you will have 1 on 1 support by an accredited Health Coach who will support you to:

  • Identify the habits that hold you back and create new, healthier ones 

  • Find and maintain motivation to make changes to your lifestyle

  • Improve your mindset towards food and movement

  • Create a routine that will work for you in the long term

  • Switch from reactive food choices to proactive- so you can enjoy more balance

  • Find movement you enjoy and can sustain long term

  • Help you to understand and ​overcome cravings and emotional eating patterns

  • Audit your environment and build systems that help you stay on track

  • Strengthen self accountability ​and motivation

  •
