As dietitian's, we have worked across a range of industries helping women of all backgrounds improve their health and lose weight. We noticed something interesting. Some women had great success in their weight loss journey, and others did not. So what was the difference?

We realised that the women who reported more weight loss, better outcomes and higher energy levels were those who had the most support. They had regular contact with their health professional, they had a community of likeminded women supporting them on their journey and they were very clear on what their goals would be. 

Our passion is helping women just like ourselves, who are juggling busy lives and feeling sluggish, tired, and their health is always coming last. So we created a program that incorporates all these three elements, a place where they are supported, heard, held accountable and reach their health goals.

But it didn't exist. So that's when we decided to create a program that encompassed all our combined knowledge and experience into a completely new approach to health.
