  • What is Metabolic Method?
    The Metabolic Method is a step by step process of support and empowerment to improve your metabolic health, supporting you to build skills, knowledge and confidence around meal planning and routines that fit into your lifestyle Metabolic Method Program aims to improve your metabolic fitness and optimise your metabolic health with personalised nutrition and lifestyle coaching paired with Nutrition and Lifestyle education It’s a program for future you, the healthiest version of you, the real you.
  • What does Metabolic Method help with?
    Metabolic Method program supports the cluster of conditions that increase the risk of heart disease, stroke and diabetes. This includes high blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist and abnormal cholesterol levels. Metabolic syndrome is a collection of conditions that often occur together and increase your risk of diabetes, stroke and heart disease. The main components of metabolic syndrome include obesity, high blood pressure, high blood triglycerides, low levels of HDL cholesterol and insulin resistance. Healthy eating and increased physical activity are the keys to avoiding or overcoming problems related to metabolic syndrome.   • How does Metabolic Method work?
    Throughout your 8 week program, you will have 1 on 1 support by an accredited Health coach who will educate you on: Up-to-date, evidence-based nutrition guidelines to support your metabolism How foods and lifestyle choices can positively and negatively affect your metabolism Your health coach will empower and support you to: Identify the habits that hold you back and create new, healthier ones Find and maintain motivation to make changes to your lifestyle Improve your mindset towards food and movement Create a routine that will work for you in the long term Switch from reactive food choices to proactive- so you can enjoy more balance Find movement you enjoy and can sustain long term Help you to understand and ​overcome cravings and emotional eating patterns Audit your environment and build systems that help you stay on track Strengthen self accountability ​and motivation
  • Who will be part of my health team?
    You will have access to your dedicated health coach supported by a clinical dietitian.
  • What is Health Coaching?
    Health Coaches are trained healthcare professionals who are experts in behaviour change, positive psychology and motivational theory. They are trained to provide support around lifestyle medicine and preventative health.
  • Is there any evidence behind Health Coaching?
    Yes! Evidence and research shows health coaching can reduce the onset and cost of lifestyle-driven disease. Systematic reviews of health coaching in comparison to traditional care have found health coaching to show significant improvements in patient health outcomes.   • Who is in your team?
    All our dietitian's are board registered clinical dietitian's and all our Health Coaches meet the highest standard of training and are accredited with the Health Coaches Australia New Zealand Association.
  • Can I change my health coach?
    Yes you certainly can. It is important you feel comfortable and have a connection with your health coach. We do our best to match you with the right coach but we may get this wrong. If you would like to change your health coach for any reason please email us at and we will do that for you right away.
  • What is a personal health management plan?
    A weekly action and health plan desgiend by your health coach in collaboration with you. Accountabilty is a key element in behaviour change, knowing that you have to check in with another person about your progress can give you the push you need to move forward.
