Simply track everything you eat and drink for 2 days. How? You can take a photo of everything you eat and drink, write it down on a piece of paper or add it to your favourite food intake app (such as MyFitnessPal)
Complete a brief questionnaire detailing your nutrition questions and concerns.
Send everything to our dietitian for review
With 24-48 hours you will receive a personalised video response analysing your food diary, a report with key nutrition and lifestyle recommendations and relevant fact sheets, recipes and further resources.
